Welcome to Harmony Boutique Cruises. By booking and participating in our
services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them
carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Booking & Confirmation

All reservations must be made through our official website, authorized agents, or direct communication with Harmony Boutique Cruises. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email and/or deposit payment. Full payment is required prior to departure, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Payment Policy

Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods. Any bank charges or transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer. Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of the booking.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be made in writing. The following charges may apply:

More than 15 days prior to departure: Free cancellation or minimal administrative fee

7–14 days prior: 50% of total booking value

Less than 7 days prior or no-show: 100% of total booking value

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and may be subject to banking fees.

4. Amendments

Changes to bookings (such as travel dates, passenger details, or services) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Harmony Boutique Cruises reserves the right to refuse amendments within a short notice period before departure.

5. Check-in & Boarding

Guests are required to arrive at the designated meeting point on time. Late arrivals may result in missed departures, and no refunds will be provided in such cases. Valid identification (passport or ID) must be presented upon check-in in accordance with local regulations.

6. Health & Fitness

Guests should ensure they are in good health and fit to travel. Any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or special needs must be disclosed at the time of booking. Harmony Boutique Cruises reserves the right to refuse boarding if a guest’s condition may pose a risk to themselves or others.

7. Safety & Conduct

All guests must comply with safety instructions and onboard regulations provided by the crew. Any behavior that endangers safety, disrupts other guests, or violates local laws may result in removal from the cruise without refund.

8. Liability

Harmony Boutique Cruises is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, government actions, or force majeure events. Guests are encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance.

9. Itinerary Changes

Cruise itineraries may be subject to change due to weather, operational conditions, or safety considerations. We will make every effort to provide equivalent alternatives without compromising the quality of the experience.

10. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the journey. Harmony Boutique Cruises is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

11. Children Policy

Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Specific age-related policies, pricing, and safety requirements may apply and should be confirmed at the time of booking.

12. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected during booking will be used solely for reservation and service purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be resolved in accordance with local legal procedures.
