What happens if I get sick ?
If you have any pre-existing medical conditions that we should know about please inform us. There is also a doctor on call and The Harmony Boutique Cruise carries standard first aid equipment. Please ensure you have adequate medical and travel insurance.
Do I need a plug converter to charge my appliances ?
Vietnamese style electrical sockets are available in all suites. 220 volts, as is standard throughout hotels in Vietnam. You will need a plug converter if you are not using the same voltage.
I don’t have a credit card. Can I pay in cash?
If you do not have a credit card, payment in cash is also accepted, kindly make the payment at our office

Do I have to arrange my own transport to Halong Bay?
You may arrange the transfer by yourself, or we would be happy to assist you with it. Kindly contact us in advance for route pricing and the best support with transportation arrangements.
We offer transfer services (additional charges apply) by shared limousine bus or private car for the following routes:
- Hanoi – Ha Long – Hanoi
- Ninh Binh – Ha Long – Hanoi
- and vice versa
Pick-up and drop-off are available in Hanoi Old Quarter and the Tam Coc / Trang An areas in Ninh Binh.
How can I get the main cruise from Cat Ba Island?
From Cat Ba Island to meet the main cruise, you should wait for us at 12.30 – 13.00 at Gia Luan pier (belongs to the Cat Ba island) where we can pick you up by a speed boat. After that being transferred to the main cruise.
How can I get Tuan Chau Marina from Cat Bi Airport?
The easiest way is by taxi or private transfer. From Cat Bi International Airport to Tuan Chau International Marina, the drive is usually about 45–75 minutes depending on traffic and the exact route

How to get Tuan Chau Marina from/to Ninh Binh ?
You can take a Limousine bus to and from Ninh Binh, before taking the bus please check the time of the schedule.

When do I have to pay for my booking?
Payment is required to secure your reservation at the time of booking. You can pay by credit card (Visa and Master Card) or via bank transfers and must be received by Big Bay group Management – the owner of Harmony Boutique cruises.
Can I bring my own drinks to the boat?
Can we use wifi on the cruise?
Yes, we provide wifi on our cruise and on bus. But some times signal of wifi is not good in some places in Halong Bay
Why do we need to stop for 30mins in the transfer between Hanoi and Halong?
The 30-minute stop during the transfer between Hanoi and Ha Long is for a short rest break. It gives guests time to use the restroom, stretch, relax, or buy snacks and drinks before continuing the journey. This is especially helpful since the drive usually takes around 2.5–3 hours.
