  • For bookings under the Non-Refundable Rate with One-Time Reschedule, guests may change the cruise date once, where eligible, subject to real-time availability. The new cruise date must fall within the applicable travel period. Any applicable price difference for the new cruise date will be charged. No refund will be issued if the new cruise date has a lower rate.

  • Itinerary & Safety: To ensure your absolute safety, itineraries and excursion schedules (such as kayaking or swimming) may be adjusted without prior notice due to inclement weather, tide levels, or local maritime regulations.
  • Advance Registration: Full passport details are required 24 hours before departure. A valid original passport is mandatory for check-in.
  • Dietary Requirements: Our Coral Restaurant offers a fusion of International and Vietnamese cuisine. To ensure the best experience, please advise us of any food allergies or specific dietary preferences at least one (01) week before your voyage.
  • Connectivity: While complimentary Wi-Fi is available in our public areas (Restaurant, Bar, and Sundeck), please kindly understand that internet connectivity may be intermittent due to the bay’s unique karst geography.
  • Sustainable Harmony: Join us in protecting our natural heritage. Harmony Boutique Cruise is committed to saying "NO" to plastic waste. We provide complimentary filtered water stations throughout the cruise for you to refill your personal bottles.
Exclusions
  • Travel Documents: Visa fees and airfares.
  • Land Transfers: Transportation to and from Lan Ha Bay (unless pre-booked).
  • Beverages and drinks ordered at the bar or restaurant (outside of included meals).
